No ‘we gotcha’ hidden in our fine print….
We have no secret cancellations and refunds policies. For the most part cancellations and refunds policies are set by the tour and activity companies (third-party operators) not by Sea to Sky Tours & Activities LLC. Because of the inherit logistics with managing beach gear inventory and delivery/pick-up scheduling we have set different cancellation and refund policy’s due to the high demand for beach gear rentals during Maui’s high seasons:
BEACH GEAR RENTAL CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
3 Days (72 HOUR) CANCELLATION REQUIRED FOR BEACH GEAR RENTALS RESERVED OUTSIDE OF HIGH SEASON
NO REFUNDS FOR BEACH GEAR RENTALS RESERVED DURING HIGH SEASONS
CHRISTMAS: DEC 15th THRU JAN 5th
WINTER/SPRING BREAK/EASTER: FEB 5th THRU APRIL 15th
SUMMER: JUNE 5th THRU AUG 15th
Rest assured we have done everything we can to make sure you are protected and are made aware of all cancellation and refund policies. We only book tours with tour operators who have reasonable cancellation and refund policies in place. For the most part everyone’s biggest concern is weather. It is simple, if a tour is cancelled because of bad weather than you are offered to reschedule if possible or are given a full refund.
It is rare but sometimes things go wrong, that is the nature of the universe. If for some reason something happens that you are not satisfied with then DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and we will do everything we can to assure you are accommodated.
Remember we are in the fun business, it is more than a passion for tours and activities, this is our lifestyle and we do it with much love. We practice aloha in our everyday operation and always strive to achieve a high level of customer service.
